"I gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which I must stop and look fear in the face. I say to myself, I've lived through this and can take the next thing that comes along."—Eleanor Roosevelt
Every ninety-two seconds in the United States, sexual predators launch another attack. The numbers rise exponentially worldwide. If you were the victim of abuse, incest, rape, bullying, slander, and or neglect, you are not alone. You deserve to be heard and supported.
I have spent a good portion of my life helping others to also release the imprinting left upon us from our attackers and abusers. What happened to us does not define us unless we allow that to be our truth. Let us not allow another day to go by that we have not claimed our freedom.
With so many processes to release negative energy and manifest a more bountiful life, there is every reason to begin now. Blessings await your decision to reclaim your brilliance.
